Divine Anahat Padma Sadhana
The sadhak are empowered with ‘Anahat Padma Sadhana’. In this Sadhana, the sadhak receive energy (shakti-paat) at his ‘Anahat or Heart Chakra’. The ‘Anahat Padma Sadhana’ is very specific spiritual Sadhana kriya. As per Indian spiritual traditions, the heart is the seat of immense potentialities which exist in all human beings in dormant form. The Sadhana kriya helps in reviving these dormant potentialities so that human beings can lead a more complete life. The heart of a person practicing this Sadhana gets filled with Divine Love and his creative energies, because of his connection with Divinity, reach zenith. Whatever wishes he has in his heart for his life, if the wishes are positive and healthy, start manifesting. In other words, a person helps create his own life, as per his own wishes. At the same time, he develops an acceptance for his present life environment and a sense of complete surrender to the Divinity manifests in his heart.
On another level, heart is also the seat of human emotions and a sadhak practicing this Sadhana gets cleansed of his bottled up emotions that remain stored because of his bitter experiences of past. He is rid of all negative emotions such as anger, jealousy, hatred, bitterness, depression etc. and his heart becomes ready to absorb the Divine Light. The Sadhana kriya goes further and fills his heart with Divine Love. The sadhak starts loving every person or object that comes his way. This love is Divines Love which is totally selfless and results due to an enlightened state of consciousness. This Sadhana kriya thus also helps in accelerating the process of ‘Atma Darshan’ (literally, perceiving one’s true self).
A very specific spiritual result witnessed amongst sadhak practicing this kriya is the hearing of the Divine Om in a state of deep meditation. The sound is neither created by them, nor heard by them with their ears but is perceived through the third eye. A female hears the voice of a male and vice-versa which shows that it is not her or his own voice. To hear it is one of the cherished goals of Yogis and it may take many years-even many lives- of Sadhana (spiritual practice) to attain this goal in ordinary circumstances. This sound originates in the heart or ‘Anahat Chakra’ and is called ‘Anahat Nad’. This state of consciousness finds reflection in many of the sermons/ bhajans of the Great Saint Kabir, Saint Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay and other spiritual masters and yogis.
